Healing foods to fight and prevent common cold, flu

Onions, garlic, vegetable soup and ginger can fight colds and flu. Ginger is one of the oldest natural remedies effective for the treatment of congestion in addition to allicin in garlic which gives garlic its special smell Anti-bacterial, viruses and fungi to reduce pain of the throat and chest inflammation. There are some foods that contain important vitamins to fight these diseases, such as ginger because experts have proved that the ginger is circulation tonic, give the body warmth and helps patients to get rid of phlegm. Ingredients for ginger:  Add half a teaspoon of powdered ginger or a small piece for you food meat, fish and vegetables. Pepper helps to relieve congestion caused by cold you can also use chili powder or pepper fresh in food can activate blood, it is rich in vitamin C and Antioxidants.

Chicken soup with vegetables: Are the most important foods that can fight the common cold and flu because it kills germs and bacteria in the stomach which are the results of common cold and flu. It gives you more energy, vitality to treat chest pain due to flu and reduce body temperature. Recommended to add with parsley because it contains vitamin C, B and E. Other sources of vitamin C such as potatoes, green pepper, pineapple and strawberries. All these foods can prevent common cold and give you better health.
